About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join its finance team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining ledger accuracy and supporting month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Issue outgoing invoices, advance payments and send e‑invoices.
• Post URA entries and reconcile bank statements and compensations.
• Verify invoice correctness and ensure compliance.
• Reconcile supplier and customer ledger accounts, prepare IOS reports.
• Prepare input calculations for material accounting.
• Compile documentation required for financial postings.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in accounting.
• Strong communication skills, highly organized and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a responsible attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the 4D Wand accounting program.
• Knowledge of Intrastat reporting.
• Good command of MS Office applications and internet research.
