About the role

The company is looking for an Accounting Referent to join its finance team in Pula. You will support daily bookkeeping, cash handling and VAT reporting while working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control, post and monitor URA/IRA entries
• Post bank statements
• Control and post cash register transactions
• Post compensations and assignments
• Reconcile customers and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly VAT calculation
• Perform other administrative accounting tasks

Required profile

• Higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS) in economics
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• High motivation, dedication and responsibility
• Team‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced setting
• Analytical skills and willingness for continuous professional development
• Ability to maintain quality under time pressure
• Knowledge of Pantheon ERP is an advantage

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Pantheon ERP (preferred)
