About the role

The company is looking for an accounting clerk/administrator to handle a wide range of administrative and bookkeeping tasks. The role supports the finance department, customs procedures and internal office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control, liquidation and fiscalisation of supplier invoices for accounting.
• Prepare documentation for the forwarder for intrastat (import side).
• Complete customs declarations and communicate with importers.
• Coordinate waste removal services for the company.
• Archive documents and manage internal mail distribution.
• Prepare and send outgoing mail, distribute employee payroll lists.
• Receive and serve visitors, assist with foreign client visits.
• Support HR tasks such as work permits and medical documentation.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics or bookkeeping.
• Developed communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, diligent and able to work independently.
• Analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
