About the role

The Procurement Referent will support the purchasing process for AGRIA d.o.o., ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that goods are ordered efficiently. Working under the guidance of a mentor, you will gain practical experience in supply‑chain operations within a growing agricultural company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish stock in the warehouse management system.
• Place orders for non‑stocked items based on sales orders.
• Maintain databases of certificates, attestations, and price lists.
• Update the product catalogue and create new item codes.
• Assist with administrative procurement tasks and learn job duties under supervision.
• Communicate with stakeholders in procurement, warehouse, and transport.
• Report any non‑conformities observed during work.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in economics or a technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
