Referent logistike (m/f/x)

About the role

The Logistics Referent will be a key link in processing orders, organising deliveries and coordinating logistics activities for a pharmaceutical manufacturer. You will work closely with customers, the warehouse, carriers and internal departments to ensure timely and quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders.
• Prepare offers, invoices, delivery notes and other sales documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of sales and delivery documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, sales and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics complaints.
• Maintain data in SAP and other relevant records.
• Produce regular reports for internal users and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for veterinary medicines.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Plan and coordinate internal transport activities.
• Align sales and delivery plans with internal departments.
• Collaborate with procurement to plan material arrivals and stock availability.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education, preferably in economics, administration, commerce or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in similar logistics or order‑processing roles (preferred).
• Active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Responsible, independent and proactive work attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
