About the role

Pharmas d.o.o, a fast‑growing pharmaceutical company in Zagreb, is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical accounting experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post bank statement entries and reconcile accounts.
• Process incoming invoices, payments and perform related postings.
• Communicate with customers to resolve open financial questions.
• Handle travel order processing and related expense accounting.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide support on financial matters.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education with an economic focus.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong interest in accounting tasks and a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Familiarity with Croatian accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Independent, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑player attitude.
