About the role

The company is looking for a Prometnik to manage and supervise ticket office operations at bus stations and sales points. You will ensure smooth passenger service, monitor traffic flow, and support the overall functioning of the bus terminal.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the work of the ticket office service at stations and sales points.
• Supervise traffic officers and sales staff.
• Provide information to passengers and other users of the bus station.
• Ensure regularity of registered bus arrivals and departures.
• Maintain records of permits and changes for carriers operating through the station.
• Control passengers, tickets, and luggage.
• Determine ticket sales for regular lines and special trips.
• Approve refunds for returned travel tickets.
• Collect information on road traffic conditions and sell tickets as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports and traffic diaries for the station.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
