About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer/Designer to join TEHNOKOM d.o.o. in Zagreb. The role focuses on designing thermal‑technical systems and industrial energy plants, supporting our projects in steam and district‑heating boiler plants.

Key responsibilities

• Design thermal‑technical systems (KGHV) and industrial energy installations, including steam and district‑heating boiler plants.
• Coordinate with construction participants and clients throughout project phases.
• Monitor emerging technologies, trends and regulatory requirements in energy efficiency and renewable energy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project standards and methodologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering (mag. ing. mech).
• Active membership in HKIS as a licensed designer.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar design roles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Thermal system design.
• Steam and district‑heating boiler design.
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Energy audit and savings proposal development.
