Projekt menadžer (m/ž)

About the role

The company is looking for a Project Manager to lead, coordinate and monitor investment and development projects. You will work closely with internal departments, external partners and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to technical and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and track the implementation of investment and development projects.
• Plan project activities, deadlines, budgets and execution dynamics.
• Prepare investment studies, cost estimates, technical specifications and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal units, designers, suppliers, contractors, supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, technical requirements, contractual obligations and applicable regulations.
• Organise and chair project meetings, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Produce project reports, analyses and maintain required documentation.
• Participate in technical and financial project closure and analyse completed projects.
• Suggest improvements to planning and execution processes.
• Mentor team members and transfer knowledge.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or specialist qualification in a technical, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex strategic or investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management processes and business information systems.
• Familiarity with regulations concerning investments, construction and procurement.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Willingness to work both in the office and on‑site while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
