Projekt menadžer (m/ž)

About the role

The company is looking for a Project Manager to lead renovation and reconstruction projects of ships, yachts and industrial facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate renovation and reconstruction projects of vessels, yachts and industrial structures.
• Plan, organise and supervise all project phases, managing deadlines, costs and quality.
• Coordinate internal departments (production, procurement, preparation, control) and external contractors.
• Maintain communication with clients and provide technical supervision.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Track work progress and produce reports for senior management.
• Manage risks and resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (preferably mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in shipbuilding or industrial sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of technical documentation and production processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong decision‑making ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project.
