About the role
We are looking for a qualified Agronomy Engineer to lead production at our winery on Pelješac. The role involves overseeing the entire process from grape cultivation to market release, ensuring high quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor grape and wine production through to market launch.
- Maintain all cellar documentation, records and reports.
- Coordinate work activities in the vineyard and winery.
- Track procurement of reagents, materials and equipment needed for production.
