About the role

The Daily Banking Product Manager will drive the creation and improvement of products and processes for the PI and SME segments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure offerings meet market demands and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and prioritize ideas for new products and daily banking processes such as accounts, packages, and online contracting, based on market analysis and stakeholder input.
• Analyse product performance throughout the lifecycle and propose optimisation initiatives.
• Organise and lead workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to enhance products and processes.
• Participate in the design and execution of marketing campaigns for new daily‑banking products.
• Manage product P&L, initiate development of new products, and improve existing ones in line with regulations and bank strategy.
• Define software support requirements and produce related documentation (guidelines, forms, confirmations).
• Collaborate daily with various bank departments and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a product manager in banking, preferably for PI or SME segments.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and a keen interest in innovation.
• University degree (180 ECTS) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work smoothly across bank units.
