About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team in Zagreb. You will interact directly with customers, support store operations and help drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products to customers and provide assistance during purchase.
• Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Offer friendly service and support to shoppers.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Reliability, precision, responsibility and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
