About the role
The company is looking for a motivated sales associate to work in its watch boutique in Zagreb. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling transactions and presenting a range of premium watch brands.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process sales efficiently.
- Promote and sell luxury wristwatches from well‑known brands.
- Maintain the visual presentation of products and ensure the showroom is attractive.
- Engage with customers daily, providing assistance and answering product queries.
Required profile
- Strong business communication skills.
- Friendly and communicative attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work in a shift‑based schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Competent use of Internet resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
