About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our spare parts store in Lučko, Zagreb. You will be responsible for handling incoming merchandise, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations of the warehouse and sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods from domestic and international suppliers.
• Stock items on warehouse shelves.
• Sell spare parts to end‑customers.
• Issue parts to service departments via work orders.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Collect goods from suppliers as needed.
• Deliver parts to customers when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work area.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school or higher technical education.
• Preferably familiar with parts for commercial vehicles.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills, responsible, and a team player.
• Proficiency in English and/or Italian, both spoken and written.
• Active user of MS Office.
• Valid category B driving licence.
