About the role

Deichmann is looking for a motivated sales associate to join its footwear store in the Jankomir district of Zagreb. You will work full‑time in a dynamic retail environment, helping customers find the right shoes and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting footwear that meets their needs.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, including product displays and stock organization.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
• Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Completed secondary vocational education (SSS).
• Strong motivation and desire to work as part of a team.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
