About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales staff to join our new STOP SHOP centre in Samobor. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find products, handling transactions and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present merchandise and promotional offers to drive sales.
• Operate the cash register, calculate daily takings and monitor cash drawer status.
• Maintain cleanliness, keep shelves stocked and ensure product assortment is complete.
• Guarantee accuracy and completeness of sales documentation.
• Organise inventory and monitor stock levels within the shop.
• Handle customer complaints and work with the administration office to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate store operations and uphold a well‑run retail environment.
