About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Salesperson to join our boutique in Zagreb. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover high‑quality, handcrafted fashion pieces while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and control merchandise, set up electronic security, and arrange displays.
• Present products professionally and convey brand values.
• Operate the cash register, handling various payment methods.
• Provide post‑sale services such as handling returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Follow all company‑defined rules and procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Warm, courteous, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Active listening to understand customer needs.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Strong sense of fashion trends.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in English.
• Minimum one year experience in fashion retail or accessories.
