About the role

Join Lidl's team in Zagreb as a Sales Associate. You will be the face of the store, handling cash transactions, assisting customers, and keeping the shop tidy and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide friendly customer service.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and its surroundings.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (KV/SSS).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Responsible, enjoys working with people and is a team player.

What we offer

• Gross salary of €1,430 with guaranteed increase to €1,700 after two years.
• 13th month salary equal to one gross monthly salary.
• Seasonal bonuses: summer (€535 net), Christmas (€400 net), Easter (€150 net).
