About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our coffee‑specialty stores located in shopping centres across Zagreb. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover and enjoy high‑quality coffee and tea while delivering a friendly, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell specialty coffee and tea, advising customers on varieties and preparation methods.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales area.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Participate in promotions and strive to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Reliability, organization, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional foreign language is a plus.
