About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople to join our pastry shop in Zagreb. You will be responsible for selling and serving a variety of sweets and beverages to our customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting pastries and drinks.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and attractive display area.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly.
Required profile
- Desire to work in a pastry retail environment.
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Responsibility, independence, reliability, dedication and punctuality.
Required skills
- Experience in hospitality or retail service.
- Good command of the Croatian language.
