About the role

We are looking for a motivated Optician Sales Associate to join our team across several locations in Croatia. You will help customers choose prescription and sunglasses, working with premium international brands while delivering a personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on selecting prescription glasses and sunglasses.
• Work with premium global eyewear brands.
• Provide expert, individualized service to each client.
• Build long‑term trust and relationships with customers.
• Maintain the presentation of products and the store environment.
