About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Gas Station Sales Associate at our Zagreb location. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling fuel sales and providing excellent service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fuel, oil derivatives and other station merchandise.
• Operate the cash register, process payments and issue receipts.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and advise on products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the sales area and surrounding premises.
• Receive, display and store goods according to standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth station operations and a pleasant atmosphere.

Required profile

• Secondary education completed.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Reliability, proactive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Basic computer literacy.
