About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to work in our flower shops located in Split and Zagreb. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and contributing to the visual appeal of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and provide product advice.
- Operate the cash register and manage cash handling.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the shop, including displays and signage.
- Create floral arrangements and decorative items for various occasions.
- Label, organize and stock merchandise.
- Perform basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure the store remains clean and orderly.
Required profile
- High sense of responsibility and independence.
- Good spoken English.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail, order, fashion and design.
- Ability to handle money responsibly.
- Driving licence category B is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Basic computer operation.
