About the role

We are expanding our business activities and are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Rijeka. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and provide advice to customers.
• Achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as receiving and organizing merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Receive, label, and display goods correctly.
• Ensure accurate pricing and discount application.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper assortment presentation.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in a commercial or related field.
• Preferably experience in textile retail, though not mandatory.
• Systematic approach to tasks and strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible, and dynamic work style.
