About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our new STOP SHOP centre in Samobor. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find products, handling transactions and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present merchandise and promotional offers to drive sales.
• Operate the cash register, calculate daily turnover and monitor cash drawer balances.
• Maintain store cleanliness, keep shelves stocked and ensure product assortment is complete.
• Guarantee accuracy and completeness of sales documentation.
• Organise inventory and monitor stock levels within the shop.
• Handle customer complaints and work with the administration office to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily store operations and uphold store standards.

• High dedication, reliability and strong work engagement.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy.
