Prodavač – blagajnik (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople‑cashiers to join our team across numerous stores in Croatia. You will work on the shop floor and at the checkout, ensuring customers enjoy a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Display merchandise, monitor expiry dates, label prices and keep shelves stocked.
• Provide excellent service to customers in fresh‑produce sections and at the cash register.
• Control product quality and freshness according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales area, workstations and equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary school qualification (SSS/KV/VKV).
• Strong customer orientation and focus on service quality.
• Polite communication, neat appearance, responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
• Previous experience in similar retail roles and familiarity with PC‑based cash registers is a plus.

Required skills

• Operation of a PC cash register.
• Basic computer literacy.
