About the role
The bakery Pekara Korica in Zagreb is looking for a friendly Sales Associate / Barista to serve customers at the counter, keep the work area tidy and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Sell products and serve customers efficiently at the sales counter.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and surrounding area.
- Communicate politely with customers, gather feedback and relay it to production staff and managers.
- Monitor inventory levels, track product consumption and report shortages.
Required profile
- Proactive and assertive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Experience in hospitality or retail (1‑3 years) is desirable but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
- Ability to keep the work environment clean and organized.
