Join ZOOCITY as a Sales Advisor and become the friendly face for pet lovers visiting our stores. You will guide customers, showcase products and help create a welcoming environment for both animals and people.

Key responsibilities

• Advise pet owners on product choices and care tips.
• Present items, promotions and special offers.
• Maintain cleanliness of animal enclosures and support pet socialisation within the store.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the product assortment is well‑presented.

Required profile

• Passionate about companion animals.
• Engaged, dedicated and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and easy to approach.
• Natural sales talent.
