About the role

Allores Premium Hospitality is looking for a motivated sales advisor to join its Zagreb showroom. You will guide customers through the selection of premium products for hotels and hospitality venues, delivering top‑class service and professional advice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and lead them through the choice of high‑end products.
• Build trusted relationships and create offers that generate results.
• Monitor payment status and communicate with customers as needed.
• Collect feedback to improve service quality.
• Identify new prospects and expand the contact network.
• Visit customers on site when required.
• Represent the brand at specialized fairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom and displays.
• Prepare daily and monthly work reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and handle basic sales administration.

Required profile

• Strong communication, advisory and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• High sense of responsibility, independence, professionalism and initiative.
• Good eye for aesthetics, detail and presentation.
• Motivated, persistent and result‑oriented.
• Previous sales experience, especially in premium or B2B environments, is a plus.
• Team‑player, flexible and resilient.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
