About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Advisor who enjoys building relationships and measuring success through concrete results. You will promote access to our legal portal, informativ.hr, and guide prospects from first contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell subscription access to the legal portal informativ.hr.
• Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with clients, both in‑person and online, managing the full sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while continuously tracking personal performance.
• Propose and initiate improvements to the sales process.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in economics, law or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in sales and customer interaction.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and active driver.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of the Croatian legal system and terminology (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Desire to improve sales processes.
