About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales Advisor / Interior Designer to join our showroom in Rijeka. You will help customers turn their ideas into real interior spaces by providing expert advice, creating design solutions, and guiding the sales process from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom, offering professional interior‑design advice.
• Understand client needs and translate ideas into practical design proposals.
• Prepare quotations and follow the sales process through to installation.
• Promote and represent the Kave Home and CasaIN brands.
• Maintain an inspiring, tidy sales environment.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Manage multiple tasks and organize daily activities in a dynamic setting.

Required profile

• Secondary education (higher vocational or university preferred) in architecture or design.
• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Basic English proficiency (A2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Creativity and a strong sense of interior design.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Organised, responsible, proactive, friendly and team‑oriented.
