About the role

CORE POINT d.o.o. is expanding its sales team to boost revenue and market share for work equipment across Croatia. The Sales Representative will prospect new customers, manage existing accounts, and travel throughout the country to secure projects and grow the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new customers and projects, conduct field work nationwide.
• Prepare offers, quotations and conduct phone/online communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Hold regular sales meetings, gather market intelligence and monitor competition.
• Achieve personal revenue targets and manage pricing differences.
• Set credit limits and payment currency terms for customers.
• Handle complaint processes according to company policy.
• Collect receivables, monitor daily payments and manage payment guarantees.
• Report weekly on sales activities, collection plans and ongoing tasks.
• Maintain and grow a personal customer portfolio and ensure commercial accuracy on shipping documents and invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in wholesale sales of work equipment.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
• Proactive, able to handle crisis situations.
• Strong communication, organization and adaptability.
• Goal‑oriented mindset.
• Active driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
