About the role

Skuba Hrvatska is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its Karlovac branch. You will become an expert on the company’s product range and support customers both in‑person and remotely, ensuring they receive the right spare parts for commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and master the full SKUBA product catalogue and internal operational processes.
• Use ERP systems and original truck manufacturer catalogs for advanced part selection.
• Assist customers at the counter, provide telephone sales, and respond to email or web‑shop inquiries.
• Search parts by VIN using specialised software and verify stock availability across warehouses.
• Receive, organise and shelve incoming goods in the branch.
• Process returns, handle complaints and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience working with spare parts for commercial vehicles.
• Patience, speed, strong communication and high precision when dealing with customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and systematic work habits.
• Good knowledge of heavy‑vehicle mechanics, braking systems, air suspension and brand‑specific parts.
