Procurement Officer (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Zagreb. The role involves managing the purchase of non‑food items, coordinating with both domestic and EU suppliers, and supporting seasonal buying plans.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor procurement needs and track inventory, consumption, and sales trends.
• Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers.
• Communicate with domestic and foreign suppliers regarding prices, quantities, delivery times and terms.
• Collect and compare supplier quotations.
• Track market price movements within the assigned product segment.
• Follow up on order execution and delivery deadlines.
• Participate in seasonal procurement planning and respond to market demand spikes.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, logistics, finance and other internal units.

Required profile

• Highly organized, responsible and interested in procurement processes.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in non‑food procurement, especially with EU suppliers, is a plus.
