Presales Team Leader (m/f)

About the role

Presales Team Leader will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in developing complex data‑center and power‑room designs during the proposal phase. The role combines technical coordination, customer interaction and people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to create modular and hybrid data‑center designs and prepare technical documentation.
• Interpret tender documents and customer requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, electrical, HVAC, monitoring, control and fire‑protection disciplines with customers and suppliers.
• Review and improve engineering tools, processes and procedures, and provide creative solutions.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives and support the professional growth of team members.
• Travel internationally for customer meetings, seminars and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data‑center design and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
• Leadership, time‑management and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Windows operating system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
