About the role

We are looking for a proactive corporate lawyer to lead our internal legal function and provide essential support to business teams across sales, partnerships, operations, and technology. The role is based in Zagreb and offers a direct impact on the company’s growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the company’s internal legal affairs.
• Draft, review, and administer client, partner, supplier contracts and NDAs.
• Provide legal advice to business units, translating legal issues into practical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, recommending protective measures.
• Support entry into new markets and the establishment of new legal entities.
• Coordinate with external law firms for complex or specialized matters.
• Participate in the creation of internal statutes and corporate documentation.

Required profile

• Law degree (Master of Law) with a focus on corporate/commercial law.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing business contracts.
• Strong business orientation and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English for handling international agreements and partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory or financial law is a plus.
