About the role

Solaris d.d., a leading hotel group in Croatia, is looking for a proactive Legal Advisor to join its Šibenik office. You will support the business with legal expertise across contracts, compliance and HR matters, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and analyse contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide labour‑law advice and prepare internal policies to support the HR director.
• Deliver legal opinions and ongoing support to business units.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with external law firms and manage inspection procedures.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Passed the judicial exam (preferred).
• Excellent command of English.
• Independent, responsible and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of AI tools for legal research (e.g., ChatGPT, legal AI assistants).
• Proficiency with AI‑driven contract analysis and document preparation.
