About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor (m/f) to lead and optimise our manufacturing processes at our Zagreb facility. The role involves overseeing production lines, managing resources, and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise, systematise and control production processes.
• Define and plan machine and human capacities.
• Allocate tasks and work assignments.
• Monitor and control the correctness and quality of semi‑finished and finished products.
• Monitor worker performance and efficiency.
• Implement production plans and meet set standards.
• Improve and refine production processes.
• Identify recurring components and errors, determine causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain the condition of machines, tools, equipment and consumables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Technical secondary or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
