About the role

The Service Manager will lead the planning, execution and control of elevator and moving staircase servicing, maintenance, repairs and modernisation projects for OTIS DIZALA in Split. The role combines operational oversight with customer interaction and ensures compliance with safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor all service, maintenance, repair and modernisation tasks for elevators and moving staircases.
• Plan and secure required materials for each job.
• Report temporary work sites to the labour inspection authority.
• Execute operational plans and monthly service schedules.
• Communicate with clients to manage invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Prepare and submit reports on collection status.
• Enforce occupational safety measures and ensure work is performed safely.
• Guarantee that work follows approved methods and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar service or maintenance roles.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1 level).
• Motivated, proactive and diligent in daily tasks.
