About the role

The position involves working on construction sites in Zagreb, performing specialized geotechnical tasks such as drilling large‑diameter pilot piles and supporting related foundation works.

Key responsibilities

• Execute geotechnical operations, including drilling pilot piles larger than 800 mm and other tasks like exploratory drilling, jet concrete, micropiles, and consolidation injections.
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on drilling equipment and related machinery.
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly material and resource requirements.
• Carry out additional duties within the scope of expertise as directed by company management.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (KV/SSS) in construction or a related technical field.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• At least one year of experience operating pilot‑drilling machines with diameters over 800 mm.
• Experience in assembling/disassembling columns, welding reinforcement cages, and concrete placement using pipe contractors.

• Operation of large‑diameter pilot drilling machines.
• Equipment maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
• Assembly/disassembly of structural columns.
• Reinforcement cage welding.
• Concrete placement with pipe‑concrete systems.
• Resource and material planning on site.
