About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Helper to join the team at Restaurant Tajer in Zagreb. You will work closely with the head chef(s) to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the head chef(s) with ingredient preparation, including washing, cutting, and cleaning.
• Prepare salads and side dishes.
• Wash, clean, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen workspace.
• Help receive, sort, and store food supplies in compliance with regulations.
• Follow HACCP standards and internal procedures diligently.
• Perform other support tasks as directed by supervisors.
