About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen and Restaurant Assistant to join the team at Hotel Keight Opatija – Curio Collection by Hilton. This full‑time position supports daily kitchen operations and ensures a clean, efficient environment for food preparation and service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a sufficient amount of vegetables in collaboration with the chef.
- Clean storage rooms, refrigerators, and floors.
- Deliver food to the canteen.
- Dispose of waste responsibly.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Wash both black and white dishware.
Required profile
- Preferably some experience in similar kitchen or restaurant roles.
