About the role

The Family Banker will serve private and small‑business clients at our Krapina branch, providing personalized banking solutions and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, actively promote bank products and execute sales activities.
• Conduct targeted campaigns and present tailored product offers.
• Process cash and non‑cash transactions on behalf of clients, including cash handling and account operations.
• Perform primary credit risk assessment, negotiate and approve loans, disburse funds and maintain client contact.
• Handle client complaints in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive, verify and control cash and other valuables; issue cash, valuables and securities with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS) with a focus on economics or a related field.
