About the role

The Family Banker will work at our Dugo Selo branch, providing comprehensive banking services to private customers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, promoting bank products, and ensuring smooth transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, actively sell and execute sales activities.
• Conduct targeted campaigns and present tailored product offers.
• Process cash and non‑cash transactions, handle cash receipt and disbursement.
• Perform primary credit risk assessment, arrange and approve loans, disburse funds and maintain client contact.
• Resolve complaints according to established standards.
• Receive and verify cash and other valuables, issue cash, valuables and securities with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS) with a focus on economics or a related field.
• Experience in banking or customer‑facing sales is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, independence and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
