.NET Engineer (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer to join our Zagreb team and help evolve HRnet, our web‑based Human Resources platform. This long‑term position offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale business applications within a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions that support the HRnet web application.
• Work on large‑scale, long‑term projects for SD Worx Croatia.
• Design, develop, and test new features and future versions of HRnet.
• Propose and implement new technologies and improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience building web‑based business applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.
• Motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
