About the role

The Palace Hotel Zagreb is looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Cleaning Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, order and quality across all hotel areas. You will lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure that guest rooms, public spaces and the laundry department meet the brand’s expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations for guest rooms, corridors, public areas and laundry facilities.
• Lead, coach and schedule housekeeping staff to achieve optimal coverage.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to address special cleaning requests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing housekeeping or cleaning teams in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality.
• Good communication skills in Croatian (additional languages a plus).
