About the role

DI plan d.o.o. is expanding its technical supervision team and seeks two experienced high‑rise construction supervisors – one for projects around Zagreb and one for the Rijeka‑Kvarner area. The role involves independent responsibility for on‑site supervision, communication with investors, designers and contractors, and timely identification of construction challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical supervision of construction and trade works in accordance with project documentation, regulations and professional standards.
• Perform regular site visits, monitor work quality and ensure compliance with design and execution plans.
• Verify the quality of installed materials, products and equipment, including certification documents.
• Review and certify construction logs, quantity calculations and contractor reports.
• Detect deviations, propose corrective measures and coordinate with all project participants.
• Prepare reports for investors and other supervision documentation.
• Participate in inspections, hand‑overs and preparation of technical review documentation.

Required profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering.
• Authorization for technical supervision and membership in the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, at least 6 years in high‑rise supervision.
• Proven references on high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies, technical regulations and project documentation.
• Self‑organisation, responsibility and ability to make professional decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using digital documentation tools.
