About the role

Vertiv Croatia is expanding its production plant in Rugvica and is looking for assemblers (Monteri) to join the manufacturing line. The role involves mechanical installation of products and equipment, following daily instructions from the line supervisor and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation of products/units and equipment assembly.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
• Study and apply documentation, work orders and operating instructions.
• Use materials and technical documents provided by the Business Office Manager.
• Select and operate the tools required for each installation.
• Monitor safety regulations within the plant.
• Report any non‑conformities in materials, processes or documentation.
• Support additional line activities such as testing, packaging and loading when delegated.
• Escalate issues to higher‑level support (engineering, storage, QC) when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Technical knowledge of drawings, materials, processing methods and assembly techniques.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Basic computer skills – MS Office.
• Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, creative and flexible.
