About the role
Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser and bring our brands to life on store shelves. You will travel to customer locations, build eye‑catching displays, manage inventory, and ensure product placement aligns with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking, rotating shelves, and building displays.
- Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts, gather feedback, and share insights with the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands to advise customers effectively.
Required profile
- 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and willingness to work occasional weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, climbing, and bending.
